Review: Mingle Mood Mocktails, Complete Lineup (2026)
It’s been five years since we first reviewed Mingle Mocktails, a fruit-forward booze alternative that we found, well, perfectly fine for a picnic or a teenager’s birthday party.
Since then, Mingle has broadened its lineup to include Mingle Mood, a collection of canned mocktails that include lion’s mane, ashwagandha, and L-theanine, all sweetened with organic cane sugar.
How does mingle perform with added functional ingredients — all designed to calm you down? Let’s dig in.
All are available in four-packs and mixed six-packs.
Mingle Mood Cranberry Cosmo – This is perhaps the only Mingle product that tastes like a cocktail. The cranberry is lightly tart, fading to show off gentle strawberry notes and a hint of mint on the finish. Close your eyes and you can imagine you’re drinking an actual Cosmopolitan, should the mood strike. A- [BUY IT NOW FROM AMAZON]
Mingle Mood Pineapple Paloma – This pinkish pineapple concoction includes grapefruit and Key lime in the mix, the combination coming together to evoke surprising but appropriate tropical vibe, the finish appearing more coconut-heavy than pineapple-driven. The lime and grapefruit are also evident and nicely tart, ensuring the libation doesn’t devolve into saccharine sweetness. Drop some rum in this and you’re well on your way to something delightful. Mingle Mood Serene Citrus Spritz – A grownup Orange Crush, more or less, with just a hint of grapefruit on it to add a little tartness. The herbal/medicinal notes driven by the functional ingredients manage to make themselves known as the finish builds, but they’re fleeting as a lightly tropical-banana quality sneaks in on the back end. I don’t particularly like orange soda but I found this agreeable enough. B+ [BUY IT NOW FROM AMAZON]
Mingle Mood Sparkling Raspberry Rose – Unsurprisingly, melted raspberry (and strawberry) candies dominate the experience here. Again, it’s got no fizz to speak of once it hits the glass, though that helps to coax out a gentle touch of what might pass for rose wine, with a gentle bitterness just barely detectable on the back end. It’s still a fruit bomb, but it’s more approachable than the Blackberry Hibiscus expression. B
Mingle Mood Berry Lemon Bliss – Sweet as expected, with strawberry candy elements showing clearly, though mercifully tempered with a healthy punch of tart lemon, which singlehandedly makes this beverage reasonably approachable. The body is a bit chalky at times, perhaps hinting at powered citrus, while a medicinal edge on the finish gives things a saccharine character as the end nears. Hardly a standout, but mostly agreeable. B [BUY IT NOW FROM AMAZON]
Mingle Mood Blackberry Hibiscus Bellini (2026) – The OG Mingle returns with added ingredients — yet it feels like nothing much has changed. The hibiscus is quite strong on both nose and palate, but so is the blackberry, which gives this a big Hawaiian Punch character, particularly so since there’s virtually no carbonation here. Oppressively sweet from start to finish, it’d be more cocktail-like with some sort of bite and, at the very least, a much stronger level of fizz. C+
