Bold, bright, and fruity but still dry, Fiol Prosecco Rosé goes with sunshine and friends. I shared the wine with four friends, all with very different palates and preferences, and we unanimously loved it.

Notes of raspberry, wild strawberry, a little lemon, and shortbread are all harmonious is this wonderful sparkler. The flavor is bold and the finish is persistent. Though Prosecco bubbles are a bit different than Champagne bubbles, the flavors in this wine reminded me of some of the finest blush Champagnes I’ve had. In fact, it even surpassed a few.

This fan favorite should be a staple in your late summer cooler.
