Original Recipe: The Dirty McLean
A little something I came up with at a neighbor’s holiday party (with limited stock) — for something “light, fruity and fizzy.”
The Dirty McLean
1 1/2 oz. pineapple rum
1/2 oz. Patron Citronge Mango liqueur
lemon wedge for garnish
Stir rum and mango liqueur in a tall Collins glass with ice. Top with ginger beer (to taste). Garnish with a lemon wedge.
