Original Recipe: The Bull Ku Cocktail

bull ku cocktail

Made this for company, to rousing applause — to take advantage of Bulldog gin, one of my new favorites, and Ty Ku liqueur. The cool, light green color didn’t come across in my photo, alas…

The Bull Ku Cocktail
1 1/4 oz. Bulldog gin
1/2 oz. Ty Ku (original) liqueur
Prosecco or cava

Shake the gin and Ty Ku with ice and strain into a cocktail glass or champagne flute. Top with prosecco or cava.

Your recipe says “Tu Ku” instead of “Ty Ku”. Just a thought– you should link to your Ty Ku review, since many folks aren’t familiar with that spirit.

My boyfriend loves gin and he goes crazy for this drink! I made them the other night while eating dinner and they were a big hit with all our friends too.

Soooo good! And it’s actually on the healthier side of cocktails. I agree, link a review. I went to http://www.trytyku.com and there are some reviews and other recipes on there for anyone interested.
