Back in college I used to make a drink I called the “Angry Gentleman”. It was a cup of Earl Grey tea sweetened with Southern Comfort. Fast forward a few years and SoCo comes out with their own bourbon-tea.
I’ve had the Southern Comfort Sweet Tea and while its drinkable, the tea isn’t very good.

You mentioned a comparison to Firefly, but you should try Jeremiah Weed Sweet Tea Vodka. Hands down, better than the competitors.
