		<description>Sadly, all the local bars (central NJ) in my area do not have Dubonnet Rouge on the shelves, nor pearl onions for Gibsons, nor bitters.  These vodka slinging hacks do not know how to mix a classic cocktail--just whatever they can concoct out of the speed rack or shots of expensive liquors.</description>
